Patty Kolin has spent over 30 years designing work space environments to enhance her client's daily functional needs. Working for 30 years in the Interior and Architectural Design Community, Patty is not only equipped with the experience but is also committed and dedicated to the success of her clients' projects. Also of note, she is NCIDQ accredited.
For more than 20 years, Patty has worked with CDG as a Project Manager and Interior Designer for GSA, leading space planning, interior design and move/relocation services. Her projects included the Department of Housing and Urban Developments, Social Security Administration and Department of Veteran Services, as well as recent work on the Gold Coast Transit District multi-building project.
In the corporate world, she worked as Director of Tenant Services for clients including Ahmanson Commercial Development, Xircom, Syncor International and Homart Development. Patty was the Interior Designer and Project Manager for office parks such as Calabasas Commerce Center and Glendale City Center.
Her recent work has involved developing workplace standards for the County of Inyo County Administrator Office, County Council, Sheriff Department, Probation Department, Human Health Services Department, Children Services and Building and safety, and turn-key interior design and project management services for the Santa Rosa and Petaluma campuses for the Sonoma Junior College District.
